This processing window covers artisan craftsmanship, quality checks, and secure packaging of items such as brass and bronze statues, which require careful handling before they leave our facility. Processing time runs separately from, and before, the delivery timelines below.

3Shipping Charges
If we run a free shipping promotion in the future, it will be clearly announced on our website or communicated to you via our newsletter — no free shipping is applicable unless explicitly stated at that time.

6Packaging of Fragile Items
Brass and bronze statues, idols, and golu dolls are carefully wrapped and cushioned using protective packaging suited for fragile, handcrafted items. Please inspect your package upon delivery, and refer to our Returns Policy if you receive a damaged or defective item.

Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to factors outside our control, such as courier network disruptions, extreme weather, customs processing, festival-season demand, or regional restrictions. We will do our best to keep you informed if such delays affect your order.
